No kings protest

A three-part demonstration took place in downtown Cleveland, June 14, 2025. 50501 and the Party for Socialism and Liberation started the day at noon in Public Square with speakers and marches supervised by marshals. At 2 PM, protesters moved to the Free Stamp statue for a second protest organized by Indivisible and Democratic Party-aligned groups. Anti-Trump sentiments intensified due to ICE detainments and subsequent protests in Los Angeles in the week before the “No Kings” protest. After the first two protests, remaining demonstrators tried to cross the Detroit-Superior Bridge but were blocked by law enforcement.
