Bio
Tyler is a freelance photographer based out of Atlanta, GA. He is a class of 2026 graduate of Case Western Reserve University with a B.S. in Biochemistry.
He provided visual coverage and editing as a photo editor for the student newspaper, The Observer, while also capturing critical moments for organizations on campus. Besides standard digital format, he enjoys using alternative formats, like 35mm film, large format film, and infrared-converted digital sensors. With his biochemistry background, he also can produce images through fluorescence, cryogenic-electron and brightfield microscopy, as well as perform and interpret various biochemical and biological laboratory techniques.
Outside of photography, he has gained a range of experiences through his work in EMS and as an undergraduate researcher studying host-virus dynamics between A. vinelandii and novel bacteriophages.
